Standard and commercial documents may be authenticated at the embassy. Authenticated documents may be used in Sudan after they are certified by the competent authorities.
Requirements
- Document issued by attorney must be notarized first by Notary public us then authenticated by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden.
- Documents issued by Swedish competent authorities must be authenticated by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden.
- Documents issued by a Sudanese competent authority must first be authenticated by the Ministry for Foreign affairs of Sudan.
- Documents issued by countries other than Sudan or Sweden must be authenticated by the Department of State.
- Commercial documents issued by Swedish competent authorities must first be authenticated by Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden.
- Copy from the processing fees for standard document authentication equals to 605 SEK.
- Copy from the processing fees for commercial document authentication equals to 2255 SEK.
