Requirements

• Filled out and signed application Forms.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Two passport-sized photos attached with the application form.
• Signed application by the Sudanese Sponsor along with his/her Identification document (with full details e.g. Full Name, Current Address, Phone Number and signature), If no sponsor is available, the following may instead be submitted:
  • A confirmation letter from a Hotel in Sudan with reservation details.
  • A letter from a travel agency in Sudan outlining details of applicant’s trip.
• Applicants holding non-Swedish (Finnish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian) passports must submit a copy of a valid Swedish  (Finnish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian) residence permit.
• Applicants below the age of 18 require to fill and sign the child travel permission form , a copy of the identification documents of Guardians must also be submitted beside the parent marriage or divorce document.
• Applicants below the age of 18 travelling without their parents are required to submit a letter of no objection signed by the father and mother, a copy of the identification documents of them must also be submitted.
• copy of the travel ticket.
• Copy of the payment for the fees equals to 1705 SEK
